Everything runs from one license key at ur-sltn-legal.uk/company-compliance — no software to install.

Compliance reports

Website compliance scan & PDF report

GDPR privacy-notice assessment against 70+ Article 13/14 requirements, Companies Act trading disclosures, Consumer Rights Act terms review, cookie & tracking audit (PECR), plus live checks against Companies House, ICO, FCA, SRA and IPO registers. Delivered as a board-ready PDF.

Due diligence

AI company investigations

Point it at any UK company: filed accounts reviewed by AI, director and disqualification checks, charges and insolvency registers, Gazette notices, and adverse-media research across the web — condensed into a risk-rated report with a PDF export.

Contracts

Contract clause analysis

Upload a contract and AI extracts every key clause, benchmarks it against UK market practice, flags anything illegal or unenforceable — and cross-checks it against the counterparty’s actual risk profile from your due diligence.

Questions

Frequently asked

What’s included in the free scan?

A full compliance overview of any UK company website — pass/fail across 11 categories — plus complete SEO and security audits, viewable instantly in your browser. The paid plans add detailed PDF reports, due diligence and contract analysis.

How does the monthly allowance work?

Professional includes 30 PDF reports, 6 due-diligence investigations and 10 contract analyses per calendar month. Allowances reset on the 1st. Re-running an unchanged company or contract shortly after doesn’t count against your allowance.

Can I cancel?

Yes — there’s no lock-in. Each payment keeps your plan active for 31 days; simply don’t renew and your key drops back to pay-as-you-go.

I already bought credits — are they still valid?

Yes. Credits never expire and continue to work exactly as before: one credit per PDF report download.

Who is this for?

Business owners checking their own compliance, and professionals — solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners, corporate finance advisers — running checks on clients’ counterparties. Reports are suitable for sharing with boards, clients and lenders.

Is this legal advice?

No — reports are automated analysis to inform you and your advisers. They highlight issues and recommended actions but don’t constitute legal or financial advice.
